Phra Porn Supaprasert Foundation (abbreviated as Phor Phor/SBF) is a Christian foundation for the public interest, headquartered in Amphur Chok Chai, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, implementing the objectives in the regulations to promote education, quality of life and spirituality of the vulnerable.

Phra Pornsuprasert Foundation was established and operated under the regulations of 2026. The English name Special Blessing Foundation (SBF) is abbreviated to Thai as

The head office is located at 408 Moo 12, Chokchai Sub-district, Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province 30190. The initial registered capital is 200,000 baht. The Foundation's Board of Directors is not less than 5 but not more than 15 people. The office is held for 5 years at a time.The Foundation conducts activities to help children, youth, people with disabilities and vulnerable groups, including religious and cultural activities in accordance with the principles of the Church, without any political affiliation, and without taking advantage of the benefits to be shared beyond the Foundation's objectives.

Vision

It is a Christian foundation that promotes the quality of education, the quality of life, and reducing social inequality by implementing the principles of the Christian faith in a transparent and non-political manner.

Mission

1. Promote, improve the quality of education, quality of life, and reduce social inequalities. 2. Assist, develop, support and increase educational opportunities for children, youth, persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups. 3. Undertake equal treatment of education for all children. 4. Take action or collaborate with other organizations to develop morality, ethics, mind and spirit. 5. To act in accordance with the principles of the Christian faith, without any political affiliation.

Goals

Improve the quality of life and education of children, youth, people with disabilities and vulnerable groups in the area of responsibility. Organize activities in the public interest on a continuous, transparent and verifiable basis in accordance with the Foundation's regulations.
